Original Mario ripoff

The level design, enemy AI, and gameplay are identical to the original Mario titles. The only difference is that this game is zoomed in to the point where you almost cant see where you are going and the design of the entities. Cant a developer find a creative idea and base a game off of that rather than copying other games and publishing it as your own work? That is called plagiarism, and it is also theft.
